The last three weeks and the one to keep. Built to survive a busy week, because that is where these programmes usually fail.
The most honest finding in this literature is about what happens afterwards. In the longest trial, people moved from supervised classes into community ones and the effects got smaller, not larger, with the highest dropout of any group. Whatever you keep after twelve weeks matters more than what you did during them. So this is short, and it has one of everything.
